在近些年来,伴随着供电企业改革力度的加大,供电企业的内部组织结构也被不断调整,劳动关系也呈现出多样化的发展。在改革的过程中,电力企业内部的队伍结构也呈现出多样化的发展趋势。在当前的发展状态下,职工与社会对工作的要求都越来越高,要想落实好科学发展观,电力企业基层工作就应该充分的发挥作用,要清醒的认识与研究当前工会工作所遇到的新情况与新问题,并以与时俱进的精神状态迎接新的挑战,这样才能探索出适应新形势要求的工会与工作的新路子。
