在采访过程中,《CIO INSIGHT/信息方略》记者就物流行业相关的一些热点话题与宋湘进行了探讨。宋湘的话,对于物流企业信息化现状以及未来发展的看法很有借鉴意义。可以看出,在物流这个朝阳产业当中,中国物流企业与国际物流企业有差距,但也各具优势。而毫无疑问的是, IT在竞争中的作用越来越重要,越来越关键。中国企业今天在信息化方面所做的努力,都是要缩短与国际物流企业在技术和规范化管理方面的差距,从而在更高的起跑线上发挥文化等方面的本土优势,在市场上争得先机。以下是整理后的对话。
