将虚拟样机技术应用于轻型带式输送机驱动装置设计,建立V带传动驱动装置虚拟样机,并联接输送带系统进行联合仿真。结果表明虚拟样机运行与真实工况相符合,验证了轻型带式输送机驱动装置虚拟样机的正确性,并实现了原型机的部分功能,但与驱动装置原型机还存在一定的差距,轻型带式输送机V带传动驱动装置虚拟样机还需要做更加深入的研究
The virtual prototyping technology is applied to the design of light belt conveyor driving device, the virtual prototype of V belt driving device is established, and the belt conveyor system is connected for joint simulation. The results show that the operation of the virtual prototype is in accordance with the real working condition, which verifies the correctness of the virtual prototype of the light belt conveyor driving device and realizes some functions of the prototype. However, there is a certain gap with the prototype of the driving device. V-belt drive drive virtual prototype machine also need to do more in-depth study
