现在在学校里又出现了一个新的称谓——“二手班主任”。那么,何为“二手班主任”呢?他们指的是这样一群人,即学校安排接替他人的班级的管理者。当然,由于工作原因,到了新的一学期时,就有些“二手班主任”应运而生。但是对刚接班的新班主任来说,在一个全新的班级里管理工作能否继续正常进行下去?这一切一切的确是不小的考验。结合自己多年的实际工作经验,我认为“二手班主任”应注意如下几点:一、看看上学期班主任的操行评语,先大致了解这个班级学生各方面的情况,向上个班主任打听学生的家庭情况、社会关系和其它方面的信息,留着自己参考用,因为原班主任对本班级肯定是相当了解的。新班主任对本班学生的生活、学习,尤其是思想方面的教育一定要有连续性,不能想停就停,或是停一阵再继续。既然学生们已经适应了
