面对传统信函业务市场的萎缩,浙江省湖州市德清县邮政局选择将账单寄递业务作为函件专业发展的一个重要增长点。2013年,继成功开发了当地社保部门社保个人权益记录单邮寄项目之后,德清局又从客户的角度出发,在原合作项目的基础上,实现了社保账单回执卡明信片业务的成功叠加,全年共制作回执卡明信片18万枚,并全部随社保权益单同步邮寄完毕。
