目的利用高效液相色谱法同时测定济生肾气片中马钱苷、芍药苷、桂皮醛和丹皮酚4种成分的含量。方法采用SHISEIDO MGⅡC18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱,检测波长:238 nm(马钱苷和芍药苷)、280nm(桂皮醛和丹皮酚),柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL·min-1。结果马钱苷、芍药苷、桂皮醛、丹皮酚分别在各自线性范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为97.6%、100.5%、101.9%、102.8%。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可很好地控制济生肾气片质量。
Objective To use high performance liquid chromatography to determine the contents of loganin, paeoniflorin, cinnamaldehyde and paeonol in Jisheng Shenqi tablets. METHODS A SHISEDIO MGIIC18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water gradient. The detection wavelengths were 238 nm (rhnicagoside and paeoniflorin) and 280 nm (cinnamic aldehyde and paeonol). Column temperature 30 °C, flow rate 1.0 mL · min-1. RESULTS: The linear relationships between loganin, paeoniflorin, cinnamaldehyde, and paeonol were linear in their respective linear ranges. The average recoveries were 97.6%, 100.5%, 101.9%, and 102.8%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can control the quality of Jisheng Shenqi.
