在毛纺工业中,对原毛进行碳化处理的设备上有大量的不锈钢输毛帘,帘板是由若干挡板连接而成的,批量较大,挡板形状见图1。挡板是用厚2毫米的不锈钢板制造,分左、右两种,形状相互对称。挡板一侧有两个9毫米高相互垂直的折边,中间有两个φ5毫米的小孔。我们在进行工艺设计分析时设想,用冲压、成形两道工序来完成。第一道工序用一跳步模,将工件冲成图2形状
In the wool spinning industry, a large number of stainless steel hanger curtains are provided on the equipment for carbonizing the raw wool.
