目的探讨流产绒毛染色体分析在诊断自然流产病因和妊娠指导中的作用。方法取630例自然流产患者无菌绒毛进行细胞培养和染色体制备及核型分析。结果 630例流产绒毛中培养成功609例(96.7%)。246例染色体异常(40.4%),异常核型以数目异常为主,占异常核型的87.8%,其中以非整倍体最常见。自然流产胚胎中女性胚胎380例,占62.4%;染色体异常的胚胎中,女性137例,占染色体异常胚胎的55.7%,两者均明显高于男性。结论胚胎染色体异常是导致早期自然流产的重要原因,流产绒毛染色体检查有利于查明本次流产的原因,并对下次妊娠有较好的指导意义。
Objective To explore the role of abortion chorionic analysis in the diagnosis of etiology of spontaneous abortion and pregnancy guidance. Methods A total of 630 cases of spontaneous abortion in patients with sterile hair cell culture and chromosome preparation and karyotype analysis. Results In 630 cases of abortion, 609 cases (96.7%) were successfully cultured. 246 cases of chromosomal abnormalities (40.4%), abnormal karyotype to the number of anomalies, accounting for 87.8% of anomalous karyotype, of which aneuploidy most common. There were 380 female embryos in spontaneous abortion embryo, accounting for 62.4%. Among the chromosomal abnormalities, 137 were female and accounted for 55.7% of chromosomal abnormalities, both of which were significantly higher than those of male. Conclusion Abnormal fetal chromosomal abnormality is an important cause of early spontaneous abortion. Abortion chromosomal examination is helpful to identify the cause of this miscarriage and has good guiding significance for the next pregnancy.
