简要介绍了国内外生物冶金反应器的现状,分析了工业反应器存在的不足,针对生物冶金的工艺特点,研制了一台Φ9.5 m×10 m新型生物冶金反应器,并在新疆哈图金矿进行了平行对比工业试验。工业试验结果表明,在给矿性质完全相同的条件下,氧化渣中硫、铁、砷氧化率基本相同,新型生物冶金反应器的给矿量提高了约15.2%,充气量降低了约17.83%,反应器内的细菌浓度基本相当,为新型生物冶金反应器的大规模工业应用奠定了基础。
The present situation of domestic and foreign biological metallurgical reactors is briefly introduced. The existing problems of industrial reactors are analyzed. A new Φ9.5 m × 10 m bio-metallurgical reactor is developed according to the technological characteristics of bio-metallurgy. The gold mine has conducted parallel comparative industrial tests. The results of industrial tests show that the oxidation rates of sulfur, iron and arsenic in the oxidized slag are basically the same under the conditions of the same ore quality. The feed rate of the new bio-metallurgical reactor is increased by about 15.2% and the aeration rate is reduced by about 17.83% , The bacteria concentration in the reactor is basically the same, which lays the foundation for the large-scale industrial application of the new bio-metallurgical reactor.
