中共北满省委的前身是满洲省委。“九·一八”事变发生后,满洲省委从沈阳迁到哈尔滨。工作重点一直活跃在江南珠河(今尚志市)一带。1935年11月26日,中共驻共产国际代表团发出撤销满洲省委,成立东满、南满、吉东、松江4省委和哈尔滨、奉天(沈阳)两个特委的指示。根据这一指示精神,1936年1月9日满洲省委正式撤销。同年9月18日,中共珠河中心县委、汤原中心县委以及抗联三、六军党委在汤
The predecessor of the CPC Bhutan provincial party committee is the Manchurian provincial party committee. After the September 18 Incident, the Manchurian provincial party committee moved from Shenyang to Harbin. Work has been active in the Pearl River in the south (now Shangzhi City) area. On November 26, 1935, the CPC delegation to the Communist International issued a directive on the revocation of the Manchurian Provincial Party Committee and the establishment of two provincial commissions in Dongman, Nanman, Jidong, Songjiang and Harbin and Fengtian (Shenyang).
