近些年,有不少年轻的同行常问我:要干好新闻这一行,主要靠什么?他们以为我从事新闻工作30多年,干得也还不算赖,肯定有不少经验、体会甚至“秘诀”什么的,希望能从我这里得到点“真传”。然而,我的回答却常常令他们大失所望,背后埋怨我尽用“虚家伙”敷衍人。因为,我回答他们的大都是这样一句话:乐于吃苦才能有所作为。这话“虚”吗?我可是一点也不觉得虚,确确实实是掏心窝子的话。我从事新闻工作这么多年,路就是这样走过来的。这里,不妨说说自己的一段经历——
In recent years, many young colleagues often ask me: what is the main reason for doing good news? They think that I have been engaged in journalism for more than 30 years and have not done too hard.
