2001年5月24～26日,中国长江三峡工程开发总公司(以下简称三峡总公司)在厦门闽江工程局招待所,组织召开了《水利水电工程施工手册》第三卷砼工程编审第三次工作会议。会议由第三卷总编张超然主持,“手册”第一卷地基处理工程总编夏可风、第二卷土石方工程总编梅锦煜等应邀参加了会议,第三卷参编单位各章主要编写人员参加了会议,会议代表共35人(见附录3)。会议在听取各章执笔人的汇报后,逐章进行讨论、审议,现将会议议定的主要内容纪要如下:
From May 24 to May 26, 2001, China Three Gorges Project Development Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Three Gorges Corporation”) held a guest house in Xiamen Minjiang Engineering Bureau to organize the third volume of “Concrete Construction of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Manual” Working meeting. The conference was presided over by Zhang Zhoran, editor in chief of the third volume, and Xia Kefeng, chief editor of “Handbook ” foundation treatment project, and Mei Jinyu, editor in chief of the second volume of earth and stone works were invited to attend the conference. Main chapters of each chapter participated in the conference, with a total of 35 delegates (see Appendix 3). After listening to the reports of the chapters of each chapter, the conference discussed and deliberated chapter by chapter, and the main contents of the meeting are as follows:
