小儿先天性白血病极为少见 ,而挛生兄弟同患本病临床尚很少见报道 ,现把我院诊治的 2例报告如下 :例 1 :沈 ,男 ,2 0天 ,患儿系Ｇ1Ｐ2 ,孕 36周顺产 ,娩出时面色较苍白 ,体重为 1 7Ｋｇ ,无窒息史。生后第 1 7天发现躯干、四肢皮肤散在瘀点、瘀斑 ,继而排 4次柏油样便 ,呕吐
Children with congenital leukemia are rare, and the twin brothers are rarely reported with the disease. Now two cases of diagnosis and treatment in our hospital are reported as follows: Case 1: Shen, male, 20 days, the patient is G1P2, pregnant 36 weeks along the production, the pale face when the delivery, weighing 1 7Kg, no history of suffocation. On the 1st 7th day after birth, the skin of the trunk and extremities was found to be scattered and spotted, followed by 4 times of tarry stools and vomiting.
