炼化部2号芳烃联合装置现有职工348人,其中党员66名。扁平化管理以来,党总支积极探索党群工作如何在新体制下有效开展等问题,在基层党建的形式内容方面进行了探索。党总支充分利用“两带一挑战”等载体,依靠各支部发挥好每个党员的先锋模范作用,稳定职工思想,形成奋发向上的氛围,为装置的安稳长周期运行保驾护航,并在实践中形成了自已的做法,那就是:思想政治工作定位正确——稳定职工思想,为安全生产保驾护航;党群系统工作做法到位——有与行政工作相融合的工作思路,有与装置地位相匹配的工作业绩,不但要零距离融入生产管理,还要为其出谋划策和总结经验。
