子宫绒毛膜上皮癌穿孔,极少见。我院曾有一例子宫绒毛膜上皮癌穿孔而引起腹内出血,误诊为异位妊娠破裂。处理中有若干问题,可以引为经验教训,特报告于后。病例报告某氏,住院号2669,35岁,因阴道流血80日,下腹痛10余小时,于1953年7月19日急诊入院。15岁初潮,经期规律、孕4,顺产3,第四胎孕7月余早产。近8年来未孕,月经不规则,3—5/30—40天,色红、量多、无痛。今年月经频乱,每间隔10余日行经一次,持续4—5日不等,无闭经史。自53年4月28日起,常有不规则少量阴道
Uterine choriocarcinoma perforation, rare. In our hospital there was a case of uterine epithelium cancer perforation caused by intra-abdominal bleeding, misdiagnosed as ectopic pregnancy rupture. There are a number of problems in handling that can be cited as lessons and special reports later.
