目前,理论工作的中心任务,是系统地、完整地、准确地学习、研究和宣传邓小平理论和十五大精神。十五大报告中有不少新提法和新思想,需要深入研究和正确把握。但近期有些论者的文章中,存在一些偏离邓小平理论和十五大精神的情况,有必要提出来辨明究竟。例一:不准确、不科学地宣传由“补充”到“重要组成部分”。把不同层次、.不同关系的问题混淆在一起。先撇开“补充”还要不要和能不能讲的问题,首先应弄清讲“补充”是什么层次、说明什么关系的问题。多年来讲非公有制经济是补充。补充什么?
