目的：回顾“和谐使命-2015”任务中的病理工作、并针对存在的问题提出思考与建议，为医院船的病理工作积累经验。方法分析该任务期间冰冻病理检查率、送检科室分布及疾病种类等。结果服务期间共完成手术50台，行冰冻病理检查31例（送检率62%），送检以普外科和骨科为主；病变以皮肤和浅表包块为主，病理类型多样（以脂肪瘤为主）。结论通过本次任务了解了医院船医疗服务期间手术病理的送检特点，分析了相关问题，并提出了相关的改进措施。“,”Objective To review the pathological work in the medical service of“Mission Harmony-2015”, produce the question and suggestion, and accumulate the pathological experience in the hospital ship. Methods An analysis was made on the frozen pathological examinations rate, the departments and the pathology disease category in“Mission Harmony-2015”. Results During the medical service, 50 cases of operations were performed and 31 cases (the examinations rate was 62%) undertook the frozen pathological examination, most of which were come from the department of general surgery and orthopedics department. Most of the examination was subcutaneous or super mass, the pathologic diagnosis was various and lipoma was the main diagnosis. Conclusion Through this mission, we known the surgical pathological characteristics during the medical service, analyzed the possible questions, and put forward relevant improvement measures .
