目的在鼠疫静息期,检测鼠疫自然疫源地宿主鼠疫耶尔森菌(鼠疫菌)同源菌或变异菌株。方法 2016年5-6月在河北省鼠疫自然疫源地康保牧场监测点,采用夹日法捕获长爪沙鼠,采用弓形夹法捕获达乌尔黄鼠,取各鼠的小肠和舌尖,分离耶尔森菌,进行形态学和生化鉴定、PCR鉴定其种类。结果在363份标本中,93份为三糖铁琼脂试验阳性菌株,但PCR鉴定排除小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌和假结核耶尔森菌。结论在鼠疫自然疫源地静息期可能存在鼠疫菌的近缘菌,需要进一步鉴定三糖铁阳性菌株。
Objective To detect host Yersinia pestis (Yersinia pestis) homologous bacteria or mutant strains in the natural foci of plague during the resting period of the plague. Methods From May to June of 2016, the Mongolian gerbils were collected from Kangbai ranch sites in plague natural foci of Hebei province during May-June 2016 to capture the gerbils of Daurian ground cava, Yersinia was isolated, morphologically and biochemically identified, and PCR was used to identify its species. Results Among 363 samples, 93 were positive for trisaccharide-iron agar assay, but Yersinia enterocolitica and Yersinia pseudotuberculosis were excluded by PCR. Conclusion There may be relatives of Yersinia pestis in the resting period of the natural foci of plague, and it is necessary to further identify the three sugar-iron-producing strains.
