Entering the new normal, the new challenges and new challenges highlighted by the new contradictions, but more importantly, the Chinese economy is facing a major opportunity for its transformation and development. The consensus on reform and development has been formed. This international financial crisis has profoundly exposed the major structural problems in the world economy and also declared that the end of our country’s growth pattern featuring high investment is coming to an end.
