构建和谐企业关键在人,要以实现人的全面发展为目标,首先要做好人的思想工作。我国改革开放的总设计师邓小平同志在改革开放的新时期特别强调“思想战线上的战士都应当是人类灵魂的工程师”。从当代大型企业经营管理的实际来看,富有成效的政工工作不但能凝聚广大干部职工的思想,而且能帮助企业构建出优良的企业文化氛围,从这点意义上来讲,在普遍强调提升企业“软实力”的今天,政工工作的优劣无疑在一定程度上决定了企业发展的前景。作为政工工作的发起与执行主体,企业政工队伍素质的高低,工作方法的合理与否,也是影响政工工作实效的关键。笔者在大型企业工作多年,结合自身实践经验就政工工作存在的问题及改革思路借本文表述自身的观点。
The key to building a harmonious enterprise lies in people. To achieve the goal of all-round development of people, we must first do a good job in people’s ideological work. In the new period of reform and opening up, Comrade Deng Xiaoping, chief architect of China’s reform and opening up, emphasized in particular that “fighters on the ideological front should all be engineers of the human soul.” From the reality of contemporary large-scale enterprise management, the fruitful political work can not only unite the thinking of cadres and workers, but also help enterprises to build a good corporate culture. In this sense, Today, “soft power”, the pros and cons of political work will undoubtedly determine the prospects for the development of the enterprise to a certain extent. As the initiating and executive body of the political work, the quality of the political work team and the reasonableness of the working methods are also the keys to the actual effect of the political work. I work in large enterprises for many years, combined with their own practical experience on political work problems and reform ideas through this article to express their own point of view.
