黄瓜幼苗经水杨酸处理后 ,POD、PPO、PAL 3种酶活性均有不同程度的变化 ,与对照相比 ,POD活性在处理后 2 4h有明显提高 ,以后一直呈上升趋势 ,至 14 4h后较对提高 193 0 %。PPO活性变化相对较小 ,酶活性的明显提高在处理 4 8h以后 ,处理后 14 4h时较对照提高 6 1 7%。PAL在处理后 72h时出现一个小的酶活性峰 ,较对照提高 17 6 % ,而后下降 ,12 0h出现第 2个活性峰 ,较对照提高 30 8%。处理后 4d接种霜霉病菌 ,调查结果表明 :第 1真叶处理较对照病情指数降低 8 9% ,第 2真叶处理较对照降低 2 2 1%。
The activities of POD, PPO and PAL in the seedlings of cucumber seedlings treated with salicylic acid all had different degrees of change.
