随着国民经济的发展,人民生活水平不断提高,上海地区居民的膳食营养状况也发生了深刻变化,1992年与1982年相比,居民的动物性食物摄入量增加1.5倍,其中畜肉增加3.6倍,乳及乳制品增加5倍,油脂增加0.7倍。随着膳食结构和营养状况的改变,上海地区居民的健康状况也发生了变化。居民的期望寿命从建国初的44.9岁增加到现在的76.20岁,达到世界发达国家国民期望寿命的水平。 可是,综观上海地区居民的膳食结构,却是喜中有忧,
With the development of the national economy, people’s living standards continue to improve, and the dietary nutritional status of residents in Shanghai has undergone profound changes. Compared with 1982, the residents’ intake of animal foods increased 1.5 times, of which the meat consumption increased 3.6 Times, milk and dairy products increased 5 times, 0.7 times increase in fat.
