以“白灵0号”、“白灵1号”、“白灵2号”3种白灵菇孢子为试材,采用杂交育种及紫外诱变育种技术,在致死率75%条件下进行紫外线诱变处理;以其为亲本,采用单孢杂交(两点法)进行单核菌丝体交配后,观测菌丝的“锁状联合”、拮抗试验(三点法)和酯酶同工酶谱鉴定杂交子。通过杂交子与亲本的菌丝体生长速度、色泽及菌丝体密度对比,筛选出优势菌株26株,选育白灵菇新品种。结果表明:经过诱变处理的白灵菇孢子具有较高杂交亲和性,且杂交子呈现正向变异率高的特点。
Three kinds of Bailing spores of “Bai Ling No. 0”, “Bai Ling No. 1” and “Bai Ling No. 2” were used as materials to study the effects of crossbreeding and UV mutagenesis on the lethality 75% under the conditions of UV mutagenesis treatment; as its parent, single-hybrid (two-point method) for single-core mycelium matings, the mycelial “lock-like”, antagonistic test Method) and esterase isozyme identification of hybrids.
