作为一名新课程改革下的班主任,处理班级中的每一件事所采取的方法,其实用的都是一点点积累起来的经验。这些经验告诉我无论对待什么样的学生都要走进学生的心灵,真正与学生进行心与心的交流。
As a class teacher under a new curriculum reform, it is actually a little bit of experience accumulated to deal with everything in the class. These experiences tell me that no matter what kind of students should be treated into the students’ minds, really heart-to-heart exchanges with students.
