采用原位复合方法制备出聚苯胺 /钛酸钡纳米复合粒子 ,借助 IR,TEM,TG和 DTA等分析手段研究其复合过程及获得的复合粒子的性能。结果表明 :其聚苯胺形成过程与单独的苯胺氧化聚合过程类似 ;复合粒子的粒径为 2~ 3μm,钛酸钡以 5~ 10 nm晶粒分散于聚苯胺基之中 ,钛酸钡与聚苯胺的质量比为 0 .91,聚苯胺的热稳定性提高 6 0℃以上 ;复合粒子的电导率在 10 0 ~ 10 - 1 1 S/cm之间可通过掺杂或反掺杂调节。
The polyaniline / barium titanate nanocomposite particles were prepared by the in situ composite method. The complexing process and the properties of the obtained composite particles were investigated by means of IR, TEM, TG and DTA. The results show that the polyaniline formation process is similar to the single aniline polymerization. The composite particles have a size of 2 ~ 3μm, the barium titanate is dispersed in polyaniline at 5 ~ 10 nm, The mass ratio of aniline is 0.91, the thermal stability of polyaniline is improved more than 60 ℃. The conductivity of composite particles can be adjusted by doping or anti-doping between 10 0 ~ 10 -1 1 S / cm.
