尼寿品(或作利血平)(Reserpine)以稀硫酸及亞硝酸鈉处理,生成黄綠色的螢光溶液。作者以此反应测定尼寿品。实驗证明,显色后溶液的最高吸收峯在390 mμ处;以其他酸替代稀硫酸,最高吸牧峯不变,但显色的深度不及硫酸。硫酸濃度在0.4N到1.0N之間光密度恒定而且颜色稳定。亞硝酸鈉加入量超过8 mg时,吸光度及稳定度皆下降。試剂加入后六分鐘显色达到最深,且颜色至少能維持六小时不变。尼寿品濃度在0—200γ之间,以濃度及光密度繪制的标准曲线,符合比尔(Beer)定律,为一过原点的直线。
Reserpine is treated with dilute sulfuric acid and sodium nitrite to produce a yellow-green fluorescent solution. The authors used this reaction to determine Nissei products. Experiments show that the maximum absorption peak of the solution after the color is at 390 mμ; with other acids instead of dilute sulfuric acid, the maximum absorption peak no change, but the color depth less than sulfuric acid. Sulfuric acid concentration between 0.4N to 1.0N constant optical density and color stability. Sodium nitrite addition of more than 8 mg, the absorbance and stability are decreased. Reagent to reach the deepest six minutes after the color, and the color can be maintained at least six hours unchanged. Niishou concentration of 0-200 γ between the concentration and optical density of the standard curve, in line with Beer’s law, as the origin of a straight line.
