左旋多巴(L-dopa)为多巴胺前体,是一种口服几茶酚胺类药物,我们应用口服L-dopa(广西东兰制药厂,批号880729)治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)34例,疗效尚满意,报告如下. 资料与方法本组34例,男22例,女12例,年龄20～78岁,其中冠心病6例,肺心病17例,风心病3例,扩张型心肌病4例,高心病4例.按NYHA标准评定,其中属4级者20例,3级者14例,34例入院后在其它综合治疗的基础上均停用洋地黄类药物,即开始给予L-dopa口服,初始剂量为500～1000mg/d,在已肯定无症状加重及副作用出现时,根据病情逐渐增加剂量,待心功能改善后,再给维持治疗,本组最短疗程为12天,最长为28天,平均19.09±4.67天,最大剂量为4500mg/d,口服剂量为1892±965Mg,维持量为2150±962mg同时服
