教师对幼儿的评价就是依据幼儿教育目标运用教育评价的任务和方法,对幼儿理解、认知、品质与社会等方面的发展进行。作为一种价值评判过程,对教育教学具有监控、反馈和调节的功能,是教育教学必不可少的环节。《纲要》中明确指出:教育评价是幼儿园教育工作的重要组成部分,是了解教育的适应性、有效性,调整和改进工作,促进每一个幼儿发展,提高教育质量的必要手段。是教师运用专业知识审视教育实践、发现、分析、研究、解决问题的过程,也是教师自我概念的重要途径。
