1 临床资料 患者男性,运-5B飞行员,总飞行时间4200h。平时积极参加体育锻炼,身体素质好,无慢性病和老年病发生,体型适中。飞行耐力好,技术精湛。2002年8月疗养大体检行B超检查时发现右肾中下部有5.1cm×4.9cm的圆形低回声包块,边界清晰,有完整包膜,疑为右肾癌。患者既往无右侧腰腹部疼痛、肉眼血尿、发热、乏力及消瘦等现象,血压平稳。急转空军总医院诊治。经B超、CT等检查,诊断为右肾癌,行手术切除。术中见肿瘤包膜完整,无近、远处转移迹象。病理诊断:右肾透明细胞癌。术后应用干扰素、中药治疗,进
