本文采用双波长法测定甲硝唑葡萄糖注射液含量,在227和290.7nm 处测定吸收度,其差值ΔA与浓度 C 间有良好的线性关系,可以消除5—HMF 的干扰.
In this paper, dual-wavelength method for the determination of metronidazole glucose injection, measured at 227 and 290.7nm at the absorbance, the difference ΔA and concentration C between a good linear relationship, you can eliminate the 5-HMF interference.
