黄伞是一种营养丰富且药用价值很高的食用菌。通过对野生黄伞菌株的分离、驯化栽培等进行的一系列试验表明了黄伞生长发育最适温度为 2 0～ 2 5℃ ,出菇最适温度为 18℃ ,培养料最佳含水率为 60 % ,最佳pH值为 6,同时本文还阐述了黄伞栽培最佳营养料配方及室内外栽培新技术
