第三初级中学地处瓦房店东部城乡结合部,经济欠发达,学校发展处于劣势。为了促进学校更好更快地发展,我们对课堂教学改革和课程改革做了许多探索和研究,倡导学生学习方式的变革,重视学生“自主、合作、探究”学习能力的培养,围绕“教师素质的提升,学生学习积极性的提高,学生终身发展需求的适应”等方面进行探索与实践,在教学改革和课程改革中,进一步加大了课堂教学研究的力度、广度和深度,取得了一定的成效。
