【本刊讯】阿根廷首都布宜诺斯艾利斯当地时间2015年1月21日,中国电建集团所属水电顾问国际公司与阿根廷拉里奥哈省共同签署了阿根廷拉里奥哈省阿劳科(Arauco)104兆瓦风电融资总承包项目的商务合同。水电顾问将借助“中国电建”的品牌优势,进一步开展设计深化和施工方案优化等工作,并且促进金融机构尽早完成融资审批等流程。埃雷拉省长表示省政府将尽快完善项目审批、落实融资担保,并积极配合水电顾问后续工作。
Buenos Aires, Argentina’s local time January 21, 2015, China Power Construction Group, a subsidiary of hydropower consultants International and Argentina La Rioja province signed a Argentina La Rioja Arau (Arauco) 104 MW wind power financing general contracting business contract. The consultant will make use of the brand advantage of “China Power Construction” to further deepen the design and optimize the construction scheme, and promote the financial institutions to complete the process of financing approval as soon as possible. Herrera Governor said the provincial government will improve project approval as soon as possible, implement the financing guarantee, and actively cooperate with the hydropower consultant follow-up work.
