患者男性，６３岁，因咳嗽、咳痰一个月于１９９７年９月拍Ｘ线胸片发现右肺中野约１０ｃｍ×１５ｃｍ空洞，周围无卫星灶，诊断为肺结核，给予３ＨＲＺＳ／６ＨＲ抗结核治疗９个月，症状好转于１９９８年６月停药。１９９８年８月患者再次出现咳嗽、咳脓性粘液痰，有臭味?
The patient was male, 63 years old. He had a cough and a cough for one month. He took a chest X-ray in September 1997. He found that the right lung was about 1 0cm x 1 5cm in the middle of the lung, and there were no satellites around. He was diagnosed as tuberculosis and given 3HRZS/6HR. After 9 months of anti-tuberculosis treatment, symptoms improved in June 1998. In August 1998, the patient developed cough and sputum mucus again.
