Abstract Objective To retrospectively review the clinical results of metaphase (median 20.1 months) after microwave ablation (MWA) of renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Materials and Methods This retrospective study was approved by the College Board of Review. Forty-nine patients with RCC nodules [ranging from 0.6 to 7.7 cm in diameter (3.0 ± 1.5 cm in diameter) from April 2006 to December 2010 were reviewed.
