本研究旨在评价在青少年脊椎矫正手术中为了增加自体血液采集量需要促红细胞生成素(Epo)治疗。35例接受整形外科手术患者,年龄11~16岁(平均15.5岁),测定血清Epo和铁代谢的参数。每周采静血一次,3次总量达自身静脉血的10%。结果:整个血液采集周期里血清Epo平均上升了2.5倍,Epo在血液采集后即刻升高;网状细胞计数上升了1.4倍,与Epo反应一致并且在该周期中制成平均1.5单位的
This study was designed to evaluate the need for erythropoietin (Epo) therapy in adolescent spine surgery to increase autologous blood collection. Twenty-five patients undergoing plastic surgery, aged 11 to 16 years (mean, 15.5 years), were measured for serum Epo and iron metabolism parameters. Venous blood is taken once a week for a total of 3 times 10% of his own venous blood. RESULTS: Serum Epo increased 2.5-fold on average over the entire blood collection period, with Epo rising immediately after blood collection; reticulocyte counts increased 1.4-fold, consistent with Epo responses and making an average of 1.5 units during this cycle
