随着我国各项改革力度的不断加大,现行的干部人事制度对经济社会发展的制约越来越明显。如何做好人事制度改革?实践已经证明,公开招考是一个可行、可靠的办法。 “官”路为何要重修 我国在长期实践中形成的高度统一、集中管理的干部人事制度,对保证革命和建设的顺利进行曾起过重要作用。但随着改革开放的深化和社会主义现代化建设的发展,这项制度与发展社会主义市场经济和民主政治的要求越来越不适应,各种弊端日益暴露出来。突出表现在以下几点:
