实现课堂的高效,有效地激发学生的学习热情,使学生“愿学、学会、会学和乐学”是课程改革的终极目标。我校英语教研组通过学习有关新课程改革的材料,开展专题学习会,听、评、研课,逐渐形成了一套行之有效的“小组合作学习”学习策略,精心打造高效、有序的英语课堂。一、明确师生定位,落实学生主体地位,实现课堂教学最佳效果教师首先要明确在小组合作学习中,学生是主角,他们既是活动的参与者,还可以是活动的具体组织者和设计者,教师在活动中要引导学生积极参与到小组合作学习中去。
