笔者1990年7～10月,使用由天津药物研究院株洲湘江制药厂研制并提供的首批国产Lopid治疗高血脂症35例,证实此药既能降低胆固醇(Ch),廿油三酯(TG),又有提升高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL～C)之双调功效。优于安妥明对照组,可视为国内目前新型高效血脂调节剂之一。材料与方法观察对象:选Ch>6.5mmol/L或TG>1.58mmol/L,并排除急性心肌梗塞、糖尿病、肾病综合症、甲状腺机能低、急性胰腺炎、胆石症、肝硬化等近月使用影响血脂的药物者共49例。男28例,女
