检测不同浓度的HGF(5ng/ml、10ng/ml、20ng/ml、40ng/ml)对神经干细胞分化的影响。
Objective To study the effects of recombinant human hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) on the differentiation of neural stem cells (NSCs) in vitro. Methods Neural stem cells (NSCs) were isolated from embryonic rat brain and identified by immunofluorescence. The effects of different concentrations of HGF (5ng / ml, 10ng / ml, 20ng / ml, 40ng / ml) on neural stem cell differentiation were tested. Results Nestin expression in NSCs was positive in vitro. Neuron specific enolase (NSE) and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) Positive expression. And different concentrations of HGF neuronal differentiation under different rates. Conclusion HGF plays an important role in the differentiation and long-term survival of NSCs. 20ng / ml HGF can promote better differentiation.
