现代光学认为理想的夫郎和弗衍射是一种付里叶频谱分析器.本文利用上述理论推导夫郎和弗单缝衍射公式,并精确地测出钢的线胀系数.它与理论值十分吻合.并利用付里叶变换4F系统检测出物体表面微小缺陷和污点.以上研究在计量技术上有广泛的应用价值.
Modern optics believe that the ideal Fraunhofer diffraction is a Fourier spectrum analyzer. In this paper, we use the above theory to deduce the diffraction formula of Franco-Foucault slit and accurately measure the linear expansion coefficient of steel. It is very consistent with the theoretical value. And the use of Fourier transform 4F system detects tiny surface defects and stains. The above studies have a wide range of application value in measurement technology.
