针对凸轮机构的驱动力矩计算问题,提出了相应的向量键合图方法。基于凸轮机构的运动约束条件,阐述了建立平面凸轮机构向量键合图模型的一般方法,揭示了其所包含的动力学原理。在混合因果关系的情况下,推导出系统驱动力矩(驱动力)的统一公式,特别适用于计算机自动计算。通过实例说明该方法的有效性。
Aiming at the calculation of driving torque of cam mechanism, a corresponding vector bond graph method is proposed. Based on the motion constraints of the cam mechanism, the general method of establishing the vector bond graph model of the planar cam mechanism is expounded, and the dynamics principle of the cam mechanism is revealed. In the case of mixed causation, the unified formula of system driving torque (driving force) is deduced, which is especially suitable for computer automatic calculation. An example shows the effectiveness of this method.
