小班化教学是当代中国社会发展的趋势之一,然而农村初中目前的学校教学仍以班级授课制为主要形式,课堂上的一切行为,一般都是师生间的单向交流或双向交流,课堂形式单一化,课堂气氛沉闷,师生共同研究的情境和学生团体活动的情况还不多见,这在很大程度上限制了学生主体地位的发挥,也影响了教学效率的提高。
Small-class teaching is one of the trends of social development in contemporary China. However, the current school teaching in rural junior high schools still takes class-based teaching as the main form. All the behaviors in the classroom are generally one-way communication or two-way communication between teachers and students. The form of a single, the classroom atmosphere dull, teachers and students to study the situation and the activities of student groups are rare, which largely limits the student’s dominant position, but also affected the improvement of teaching efficiency.
