鞍钢第二炼钢厂小连续铸锭漩流沉淀池工程,是鞍钢重点“老厂改、扩建项目”,位于小方坯连铸车间南山墙外,附近有几座建筑物和生产用14号铁路线,是小方坯连铸工程的附属构筑物,圆形结构。采用C20防水混凝土,抗渗等级为S8,井壁的下段厚度为1.45m,中、上段均为1m,钢筋底板厚为1.5m,施工组织设计方案确定分为两段下沉。施工总平面和沉淀池平剖面见图1、图2。
The sinusoidal flow sedimentation tank project at the second continuous steel ingot in Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is an important “old factory modification and expansion project” of Anshan Iron and Steel Company. It is located outside the southern gable of the billet continuous casting workshop and there are several buildings and production facilities nearby. The railway line is a subsidiary structure of the billet continuous casting project and has a circular structure. The use of C20 waterproof concrete, impermeability grade S8, the thickness of the lower section of the shaft wall is 1.45m, the middle and upper sections are all 1m, the floor thickness of the steel reinforcement is 1.5m, and the construction organization design scheme is determined to be divided into two sections. The general construction plane and sedimentation tank profile are shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2.
