本文分析了产业转移出现和产业承接的动因,并从具体行业的角度分析了影响区域产业承接能力的因素,通过对中西部地区承接纺织产业转移能力进行实证分析。研究表明:区域产业承接能力应在考虑具体行业特点的基础上对各因素指标进行综合分析,以得到客观全面的评价;在区域承接能力上,应抓住重要因素进行建设。
This article analyzes the motivation of the emergence of industrial transfer and the undertaking of industry, analyzes the factors that affect the undertaking capacity of regional industries from the perspective of specific industries, and empirically analyzes the capacity of undertaking the transfer of textile industry in the central and western regions. The research shows that the capacity of regional industry should comprehensively analyze the various indicators based on the characteristics of specific industries so as to obtain an objective and comprehensive evaluation. On the capacity of regional undertaking, we should take the important factors into consideration.
