水玻璃耐酸水泥是由粘合剂(一般采用钠水玻璃)、硬化剂(一般采用氟硅酸钠)和填料(一般采用磨细的石英粉)三种原料配制而成。选择恰当比重和模数的水玻璃是制得耐酸性能良好的水泥的重要条件,如果选用水玻璃不当,不但水玻璃的耗用量大,而且制得的水泥强度低、凝固慢、收缩大。为了判明水玻璃模数和比重对耐酸水泥性能的影响,我们配制了模数为2.19、2.35、2.52、2.78、2.91、3.08、3.23七种水玻璃,每种模数又配成1.25、1.30、1.35、1.40、1.45、1.50六种比重,共计不同模数比重的水
Water glass acid-resistant cement is prepared from three raw materials: binder (usually sodium water glass), hardener (usually sodium fluorosilicate) and filler (generally ground quartz powder). Selecting the proper proportion and modulus of water glass is an important condition for obtaining cement with good acid resistance. If water glass is used improperly, not only the consumption of water glass is great, but also the prepared cement has low strength, slow solidification and large shrinkage. In order to determine the impact of the modulus and specific gravity of water glass on the performance of acid-resistant cement, we prepared seven types of water glass with modulus 2.19, 2.35, 2.52, 2.78, 2.91, 3.08, and 3.23.
