Q115切管机是我厂133轧机主要生产设备之一。该机原液压系统控制盘是采用的组合液压盘,因其结构复杂,加工制造困难,且成本高,不易调整,难于维修,在国外早已被淘汰,国内也已停止生产。这种切管机自1965年安装投产以来,其控制盘因无备件更换,以致控制阀件严重磨损,造成系统泄漏,运转失调,成为影响生产的关键。
