In recent years, the community health service has been developed rapidly, the scope of coverage has been gradually expanded, and the management level has been continuously improved. However, as far as the whole country is concerned, there are some problems in the community health service such as the speed of development, the imbalance in scale and the incompatibility with residents’ needs for health services.
