1.前言45优质结构钢和碳素铸件钢传统的冶炼工艺一直是遵循熔化——氧化——还原“老三段”进行操作。虽然近几年来国内不少厂家在普碳钢,碳素铸件钢的冶炼工艺方面进行了一些改进(单渣法、缩短还原期等),但很少作为一种常规操作推广到45优质结构钢的生产中。即使普碳钢和铸件钢是用单渣法冶炼,仍然着重强调氧化期的脱碳量,以致确保钢的质量。我们制定的新工艺经过1983~1985年三年时间的摸索试验和推广应用,
