目的:探讨加减血癥汤对人胃癌细胞SGC-7901增殖、凋亡及细胞周期的影响。方法:采用甲基噻唑(MTT)比色法和生长曲线测定不同浓度加减血癥汤在不同作用时间内对在体外培养的SGC-7901细胞增殖的影响,同时应用流式细胞术检测凋亡率及细胞增殖周期的变化。结果:加减血癥汤可明显抑制SGC-7901细胞的增殖,并呈时间-剂量依赖性;相同作用时间下,加减血癥汤的浓度越高,对肿瘤细胞生长的抑制作用越强,凋亡率也越高,处于G0/G1期的细胞比例逐渐增多,S期细胞比例出现相对减少。结论:加减血癥汤能抑制人胃癌细胞SGC-7901生长,诱导细胞凋亡,并使细胞周期阻滞于G0-G1期。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Xiaoxuemiaoyitang on proliferation, apoptosis and cell cycle of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901. Methods: Methylthiazol (MTT) colorimetric method and growth curve were used to determine the effect of different concentrations of blood on the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells cultured in vitro at various time points. At the same time, apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry Rate and cell cycle changes. Results: SXT decoction could significantly inhibit the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells in a time-and dose-dependent manner. Under the same action time, the higher concentration of SJT inhibited the growth of SGC-7901 cells, The higher the rate of apoptosis, the proportion of cells in G0 / G1 phase gradually increased, and the proportion of S phase cells decreased relatively. Conclusion: XJXT can inhibit the growth of human gastric cancer cell SGC-7901, induce cell apoptosis and arrest the cell cycle in G0-G1 phase.
